How to use?
To use McC Organic´s elderberry syrup as a preventative, give 1 tablespoon per day to adults or 1 teaspoon per day to children.
At the first sign of illness, give every 2 to 3 hours:
adults, 1 tablespoon
children, 1 teaspoon
To be enjoyed on its own, diluted in hot water for a nourishing tea, or use it in other delicious ways: mixed into yogurt, as a pancake syrup, in your smoothie or over your breakfast cereals.
