What is it?

A selection of organically grown, dried mushrooms, rich in Vitamin D and P.

Mushroom options:

  • 3.5g regular mushroom
  • 3.5g Natalensis

High in Vitamin D and Beta-Glucan compounds*

*Beta-Glucan compounds support neuroplasticity by optimising Nerve Growth Factor (NGF), a neurotrophic factor and neuropeptide primarily involved in the regulation of growth, maintenance, proliferation, and survival of certain target neurons.

The mushrooms may be eaten whole or the contents added to food and drinks, e.g. wholesome smoothie.

Our personal favourite, mix/blend it into your morning hot drink.

NATALENSIS

Psilocybe Natalensis, a South African Psilocybe long believed to be a local Cubensis before being sequenced earlier this year, settling the debate once and for all and confirming it to be its own species.

As it becomes more popular and more people are growing it it's likely to become more readily available, if You happen across some I would advise starting with NO MORE than 2g, even if You consider yourself an experienced traveller in these realms.

Yew Grove has quite a lot of experience and 2g took him on quite an unexpectedly intense journey, took about 2 hours to kick in (so glad he didn't redose as he started considering after an hour and a bit) but once it did it kept coming up, wave after wave, for about 8/9 hours 😬

At least 2 people he knows of either lost the use of language or broke English altogether...so he guesses what he's saying is these are a little spicy and as much as all mushrooms should be approached with due respect and caution these especially so, and he wouldn't expect a light hearted giggle-fest on them too, You very well may have the time of your life but if You enjoy 2g of Cubensis for a light trip with friends you'll likely find these are a completely different animal.

Safe travels 🙏💚 🍄

What's it good for?

Much research has focused on the mental health associated with vitamin P, such that there are innumerable documented proofs of it being highly successful in the treatment of:

  • Addictions
  • Depression
  • PTSD

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society has awarded a two-year, $373,000 Fast Forward grant to researchers at the University of California Riverside School of Medicine to identify compounds, such as mushrooms, that are best able to replace myelin lost over the course of multiple sclerosis (MS), according to a press release (Reddit October 2020).
